Received excellent” customer care” today from Catherine and Ashley today. Ashley put together the I walk scooter and demonstrated how to use it. She was very patient and helpful. Catherine assisted with finding the correct boot size and went the extra mile when there were no crutches on the floor to check for crutches in the warehouse so that we didn’t have to make a second trip. Overall excellent, professional and caring service from both sales team members. Will definitely return and recommend to friends and family.
