The staff at this store go over and above to look after patients /Customers I have been very amazed on their patient care and coustomer care.I have been dealing with Alexis and she is the queen of Lipedema and she has done so much for me and has a wealth of information.All the staff there really take time and concern when i purchase my scooter I also have a lot of pain with my Lymphedema and need stockings with compression everyone is fantastic. Great price and great customer service on our purchase of a Golden Buzzaround Carry-on travel scooter for my wife. Sam was super helpful and informative on the product, warranty and experience of other customers who had bought the product, and he even helped us with an issue we had placing our order online. We're very satisfied and would highly recommend this store! We bought the airline travel bags as well.
Dealing with this company was a definite 10 out of 10. They made sure we got exactly what the nursing home suggested. Not only were the items top quality but they were received very quickly at a very good price. They were a bright light in dealing with the dark reality of a terminally ill partner.
I am a return customer and am thrilled that i received the same exceptional service from Sam that i did the first time. My father is getting the right products at a great price. This company is very reliable and trustworthy. I'm relieved to have found a a medical supplier that has everything an elderly person (or other) could need.
