Instep Physical Therapy & Salutaris Centre for Lymphatic, Osteopathic & Massage Therapy

I’ve been here now twice for treatment with Neha, she’s amazing and I’ve made a lot of progress in a short time. I’m looking forward to my future sessions. I can finally see a future free of pain. 😃

Roopreet is an amazing professional! I have been going there for more an a year for my chronic neck pain due to grad school and it has been good.

Have had great experiences with both Cyprian (physio) and Cam (massage). Highly recommend!!

All the staff are kind and helpful. Cyprian and Albert have been especially supportive in helping me feel better after the car accident.

I was treated by Rupreet for my long-term disability. I can't say enough about how thorough, kind and compassionate she was when treating me. The focus was on gentle exercises to gain my mobility back, which worked really well. I am forever grateful for her expertise and highly recommend her.
