We were referred to this clinic after spending nearly three months in the NICU with our daughter in Calgary and then relocating to Edmonton. Transitioning care after such a long and emotional hospital stay was overwhelming, but this clinic made the process so much easier. We’ve been coming here for about a year now, with countless visits and follow-ups, and our experience has been nothing but positive despite some of the negative reviews we initially saw. While the clinic may not be located in the most ideal area, that has never once impacted the quality of care we’ve received. The doctors and reception staff consistently put care, professionalism, and effort into every visit. The receptionists have always been welcoming, kind, and accommodating with appointments, especially when policies are respected. We’ve truly felt supported. Dr. Palkowski is an exceptional pediatrician - thoughtful, knowledgeable, and genuinely compassionate. As a first-time mom, it means everything to feel heard and reassured. I have always felt at ease knowing my daughter is in such capable hands and has a trusted place to go for any concerns or medical needs. We are so grateful for the care our family has received here and highly recommend this clinic.

Dr. Sarah Foster has always been compassionate about the medical needs of my child. She took the time and effort necessary to build trust with my child. I highly recommend Dr. Foster.

. Dr. Masterson has cared for our children for well over a decade, and I truly cannot recommend her highly enough. Her compassion, dedication, and level of expertise are unmatched. She consistently takes the time to listen, provide exceptional care, and make families feel supported and understood. This is especially evident in her work as a trauma-informed specialist, where her professionalism and genuine empathy make an incredible difference.

Dr Foster is incredibly knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. One of the best doctors I've come across and I feel lucky that she's my daughter's paediatrician. The clinic is clean and front end staff are great. She's always on time and we never wait which I appreciate.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this establishment. The staff was unprofessional and completely unaccommodating from the moment I walked in we were late to our appointment, but the Dr. Fowler was aware of our situation and is normally very accommodating but instead of feeling welcomed, I felt dismissed and disrespected by the receptionist. Simple questions were met with rude responses and visible irritation. It felt like helping customers was an inconvenience to them. There was no effort to be courteous, patient, or understanding. The overall attitude was hostile and uncomfortable.What disturbed me most was the way I was treated compared to others around me. The difference in tone and behaviour was noticeable and deeply concerning. I left feeling disrespected and unwelcome. They were discriminating and also used micro aggressions towards my husband and I, as well as threatening to call the police on us when we did nothing to involve the police, but because we are of black automatically we are aggresive.Customer service should be built on professionalism and basic respect, and unfortunately, that was completely lacking here. I would not recommend this place based on my experience. Dr fowler as well when confronting the issue did not care to hear our side of the story or try to fix the problem she immediately discharged my kids even though We have never caused any sort of problems at their office with any staff. Needless to say save yourself the headache and find a Doctor elsewhere.
