We see Dr Teoh but have also been helped by three other doctors for various things. At the end of the day I keep coming here for the effectiveness. Dr. Teoh is a big personality and talks as fast as I've ever heard anyone talk, very intense and runs the show, but does always leave time for your questions and delivers sound information. It's good to be prepared with any questions. Front desk staff are brisk and efficient. When I have really needed to get in they have at times been able to do so and I think it's precisely because they all run a tight ship. For scheduling normal checkups just be patient because they are quite busy.
Front desk staff is extremely rude. They think that they can kept all the coupons. I just asked for four coupons and they’re saying that there’s only a limit one. I tried to tell them that those coupons expired in the next few months and if I could, please just have two more and they refused . Since there is a shoppers points deal . There’s a lot more friendly or front desk staff I don’t know why they feel so entitled… it’s already hard enough with life and the companies issue those coupons … The doctors office and tell you that your local paediatrician will have some. It takes months to get in for the appointment when you finally do book an appointment they cancelled the appointment on you. Very disappointed, very heartless. Also it’s pretty bad when every one star review is about the front desk staff !!!! Also they don’t care about reviews and never commented on ways they could make it right . Never seen such miserable front desk staff.
Dr.Pau is a liar with no regard for patients :) recently referred one of my two children to a new pediatrician, claiming he would ‘automatically take both’ this was a bold faced lie. Now my oldest son has no pediatrician. Dr.Pau’s nurse blocked my emails. I am beyond disappointed by this.
We've been taking our 2 kids here for years, Dr. Pau is great and she's always addressed our concerns with compassion; shes very good with people. However with her limited schedule, sometimes its necessary to schedule with a different doctor in the clinic. Most of the doctors are pretty good and I've had no issues with, except for one; Dr. Slatter. While she can give general information on your concerns, she delivers it in a very condescending manner. This is not a one-off experience, where you can perhaps give an excuse she has had a bad day. She has done this behaviour repeatedly, and I don't believe someone who deals with the public as their job should be comfortable patronizing parents who are bringing in their children for health concerns. While I could say I appreciate my children being seen by a doctor, I dont believe that basic patient respect should be compromised in doing so.
We usually see dr Teoh, whom I can’t say enough good about. But this review is being left because I saw Dr Antoniuk a lot lately for my toddler. Three times in about ten days. The first time was an ear infection. The next two times when he continued to be sick we were told to keep doing Advil and Tylenol. I brought up that I’ve been doing that for almost a month and the answer I got was “yeah it’s not ideal.” I took my other sick toddler to a walk in clinic, and she has strep and an ear infection. My son continues to be more sick with minimal improvement. We have been to the walk in clinic instead of seeing this paediatrician and my son also has strep. Dr Antoniuk looked in my son’s throat yesterday. Didn’t say anything and questioned if he’s teething. My son is special needs and can be difficult. But that’s really no reason to rush through an appointment and not further investigate why my child is missing a month of preschool and continuing to get sick instead of improving. So a BIG thanks to Parsons Medical Centre for actually treating my kids and listening to their symptoms and asking more questions. A big big thumbs down to only one specific doctor at the Pediclinic for not.
