The team at My Smile Family Dental are an excellent team. Calling to book an appointment was easy. All staff present addressed my concerns because there has been an extensive gap since my last visit. I had the pleasure of Dr.Arshpreet Kaur and Aya take care of me. Both members are highly professional, diligent, informative, and respectful. They made an effort to ensure I was relaxed, comfortable and ready for each step along the way. I am so grateful I had Aya and Dr.Arshpreet's help. They are amazing! The one concern I have is I felt another hygienist in a space close by take digs at me because I had waited so long to return. I felt extremely uncomfortable and tried my best not to cry as an outburst of sobs would have made it difficult for Aya to work on me. Thankfully after examinations on my x-rays Aya's energy lifted my spirit which led me to feel safe. Thank you to everyone who took care of me. My anxiety was awful leading up to this visit but I am so happy I booked.

This will probably be one of the most detailed reviews I have ever had. I recently had a complicated wisdom teeth extraction, and overall, I had a very positive experience. I am just very happy and impress with the work of the dentist. Dr. Tyler Halabi is extremely skilled and professional. From the moment he greeted me, I felt at ease. He is confident, and calm while still being very precise and assertive in his work. Made it easy to trust him right away. During the procedure, he clearly explained what to expect, like pressure or loud noises, which helped reduce my anxiety a lot. Even though the extraction was complex, he worked smoothly and steadily the entire time. He never seemed rushed or stressed, and it always felt like everything was under control. That gave me a strong sense of relaxed throughout the one-hour surgery. The recovery was even better than I expected. The bleeding stopped within about two hours, the stitches were clean, and the extraction site looked well taken care of. I was able to eat and drink somewhat normally after just one day, with almost no pain or swelling. While I understand every case is different, I feel it’s worth mentioning that my previous experience with a similar extraction at another clinic was completely opposite. It was traumatic. I had severe pain, significant swelling, difficulty opening my jaw, and couldn’t eat or speak properly for 2 weeks. Comparing the two experiences really highlights Dr. Halabi’s exceptional skill. For a similarly complex case, the difference in both the procedure and recovery was remarkable. I also want to recognize the front desk and assistant staff. I came in feeling very anxious due to a previous bad experience, but they were incredibly kind and supportive. They helped calm me down, encouraged me, and even provided a stress ball when I asked. That level of care made a big difference. Overall, this was a smooth and reassuring experience from start to finish. If you have Dr. Tyler Halabi for an extraction, you are in very good hands.

INCREDIBLE experience. The receptionist is so friendly and helpful. The Dental hygienist was very kind. She listens to all concerns, she moves slow and carefully as I have extremely sensitive teeth. She was always checking in with me to make sure I was doing okay. It was such a great cleaning and scaling experience, this woman was amazing. Dr Julia and her assistant were very gentle with me. They explained everything clearly on what needs to be done to get my teeth back in order. Very supportive and put my nerves at ease.I am truly grateful to this Dental team that I had today. This was the BEST dental experience in my life. Thank you for being so kind and caring. Highly recommend this dental clinic. They really care about the patients.

I had a tooth extraction done recently at My Smile Family Dental and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Dr. Tyler Halabi was very professional, calm, and clearly knows what he’s doing. He explained everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable, and gave excellent post-operative instructions along with the right pain and swelling medications. The whole team was friendly and caring. Everything went smoothly and I’m already feeling much better.
