Even though I wasn’t a patient here, I had a great experience with the front desk staff. They were so kind to give me face masks when I inquired if they have them. 😒🙄Unfortunately, there are still many people who cough openly without covering their mouths, so it means a lot when places continue to consider the health & comfort of others (like having Covid masks). Thank you to the front desk team for being so welcoming, considerate, & professional🩷💞💗💓
Amazing clinic! Everyone is lovely and Dr. Aurora is fantastic! He explains every thing and guides you through the process so that you are in the loop and understand everything. Shane is amazing as well! Provided lots of information and answered all my questions with detail. Administration are all so lovely as well! I informed them I was going to be late to my appointment due to unexpected road incidents and they were very understanding. 10/10 would recommend!
I always enjoy coming to this clinic. All the staff are so friendly and pleasant. The dentist I see is Dr. Sandhu and she is absolutely amazing. She is so kind, caring, and compassionate. She is incredibly trauma informed in her practices (and I say this as a psychologist specialized in trauma). She talks her patients through exactly what she is doing and makes them feel like they are in charge of their own care. She is always checking in to make sure you are comfortable and feeling ok. She is phenomenal and I highly recommend her!
