Pharmacy Care Clinic at Shoppers Drug Mart

Thank you, thank you to Nour and the entire team at the Leduc Shoppers Drugmart for helping my family with an emergency prescription transfer from out of province!! Our travel plans were delayed and we really needed emergency coverage. I called Shoppers to see if we could get emergency prescriptions. Nour confirmed and when we showed up at the pharmacy, she helped us through the entire process. The process was fast and it seemed like everyone in the pharmacy was helping us. They even helped with calling a cab back to the airport for us. 10/10 customer service! Thank you again for helping us with this travel hiccup. ❤️ Life lesson: Don't let your IDs expire and carry a week's worth of extra meds just incase. 🥲

Ravi was extremely helpful and took an extra effort to check all of my immunization history and offered me that I am due for Covid and Pneumonia shot. I got them all today and my immunizations are all up to date now. I appreciate people like Ravi who put patient care first above all. Thanks to Hasna for doing my injections

I have to come here once a month for allergy injections and I always have a positive experience. I book appointments ahead of time and the pharmacist is usually always on time. If they are running late, Ravi always makes sure to update me and always checks in. He’s also actually interested in learning about my treatment and asks questions to understand it better. Very welcoming place to come.

Nice and helpful staff. Nour was very welcoming and Husana was very helpful and understanding. They did their best to help me since I was not a local and came from another province. Thank you both for your much appreciated help
