I had such an amazing experience at this dental office! From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was so kind and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. The dental hygienist who took my scans was wonderful, and the hygienist who did my cleaning was just as lovely, both were gentle, professional, and made me feel really comfortable throughout the process. The doctor was also incredible, very knowledgeable, attentive, and reassuring. I also appreciated that it wasn’t busy, which made the whole visit feel calm and unhurried. Overall, this was such a positive experience that I’d honestly come back weekly if I could. Highly recommend!

I have had a great experience here with all of my dental procedures and would otherwise give this clinic 5/5 stars. However, during my most recent visit, I received unsolicited financial advice from a young male receptionist who claimed to have "over heard" my personal conversation in the lobby. It was extremely unprofessional and inappropriate. The interaction came across as patronizing, and despite my clear discomfort and social cues, he continued offering advice. I would expect a more professional and respectful interaction from staff.

I had a root canal and a filling done with Dr. Iyad Rold, and I had a really good experience. He was professional and made me feel comfortable throughout the procedures. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

I had a great experience with the cleaning service. Fakhara was professional, thorough, and paid close attention to detail. Everything was done really well, and I was genuinely impressed with the quality of the work.
