Dr. Jane has been my doctor since 2008, and I am blessed to be under her care. She always takes the time to truly listen and never rushes through an appointment; she consistently goes above and beyond for her patients. I’ve also met Dr. Herbert and he is wonderful as well. Cel, the nurse on staff, has been fantastic, providing excellent medical care and always being helpful, whether in person or over the phone. A special thanks to Aman and Sam at the front desk for your kindness—I know you handle a workload that most people don’t fully realize. I have personally witnessed some difficult patient interactions at the front desk, yet you all handle them with such calm professionalism. To the entire team at Zoe Medical: thank you all for your wonderful care!
I’ve been coming to Zoe Medical (Dr. Kachope) since 2008. I’ve been with them over three office moves and would travel to keep her as my Dr. All doctors are busy and all offices have waits times. To have a doctor is worth what ever wait time. What matters is I feel safe and heard by Dr. Jane and she advocates for my health. I’ve seen the front desk staff change over the years but I’ve always been met with kindness. I can give grace because that job can’t be easy so if they looks busy they probably are! We are facing unprecedented healthcare crisis and it’s not the front staffs fault. Stay kind people.
Dr. Jane is one of the best doctors out here! She is always professional, patient, and takes time to really listen to my concerns. I always feel prioritized and cared for. The staff is also friendly and helpful, who makes every visit smooth and comfortable. Highly recommend!
