Dial Locksmith & Safeworld

Great service from Lloyd, who has been with the company for 30 years. He upgraded my residential locks to commercial-grade hardware in my house. He assessed the situation on Tuesday and had everything prepared and ready to go by Friday morning, and installed everything in under an hour. Very professional, timely and was great to deal with. Very much appreciated. Thanks, Lloyd.

Long story short, after a building unit inspection, I discovered that the front door lock no longer worked with my key. It was around 7:30 PM, so finding a locksmith who didn't charge an excessive after-hours fee was a challenge until I called Dial Locksmith and Marcus answered. He was able to get to us within 30 minutes and helped not only us, but also our neighbouring unit, who was experiencing the exact same issue. Marcus was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. The stressful situation was made so much easier thanks to Marcus's positive attitude and solution-seeking approach. We truly appreciated his patience, expertise, and willingness to help. Thank you, Marcus, for the excellent service! Price was more than fair, and I will be referring him and Dial Locksmith to everyone I know that needs a locksmith in the future!

Yes...I am rating not a restaurant but a locksmith. I brought in an ancient case my mom brought over from Japan in the mid 1900s. They patiently tried every key and eventually had to manually force entry. It was extremely gentle. And they were so patient and friendly. I would give six stars if I could. Thanks to Lisa Dial and all the staff. 5 x 🔐🔐🔐🔐🔐

The most courteous, amazing, SWEETEST set of professionals I've had the pleasure of meeting. Will definitely be the first place I will be calling with any of my future lock problems.
