This has always been my go to locksmith when i need keys duplicate keys that work. This place answers their phone so you can talk to a human & big shoutout to Jussi who even called another locksmith when they were out of stock on one key. He sourced it quickly for me and with a smile! Excellent customer service all around. Thank you!

Called Royal Lock & Key to have 2 home door locks fixed that the keys were spinning 360 in the exterior locks. They said they would have a tec contact me within 2 hrs even though I stated it wasn’t an emergency and that the doors still would lock from inside. Yurii the technician called me within 40 minutes to ensure I was home and said he was on his way. He even gave me a time of his arrival. Upon arrival he was pleasant and explained everything he was doing as he inspected both door locks and the issues with each. He fixed them both in a reasonable amount of time and was very respectful and clean during his visit. Price was reasonable for what he had to do and the amount of time to complete the fix. I appreciated his ability to be so meticulous while rebuilding the locks. Would highly recommend this company and technician the tec Yurii.

I took an ignition lock cylinder in from a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe that intermittently wouldn't turn. I dropped it off with little notice and had it back very quickly. They were even able to determine the root cause and explained it quite thoroughly. Apparently these cylinders are susceptible to getting clogged with pocket lint due to blade style key. Overtime the internal wafers no longer sit in the proper position and won't allow the cylinder to turn. They cleaned it out and changed the wafers and it's good to go! Reasonable price for diagnostic and repair too. 👌

No complaints. They had the key profiles i needed (first locksmith i went to didnt.) The guy was friendly enough for a locksmith, promptly cut my keys. I was in and out in a few minutes. They have an office cat. He's cool.

I can't even think of a good enough way to show my astonishment and how much of the highest rating I can give. I tried a place to get an old key duplicated for the Charger, the machine wouldn't recognize it. I was referred to Royal Lock and Key They were nearby, I went!. I walked and was assisted byJussi. I can't even... I ask Jussi if could try to replicate this worn 54 year old key. He says he'll check. I hear grinding for 3 milliseconds He walks back to the counter with a spare key.......I took maybe 3 breaths and he found a key, attached it to the machine,, did the very brief grinding and hands me 2 keys...in 3 breaths!!! I literally walked in, got the keys, paid and walked out in just a brief moment. Absofreakinlutely blown away by the greatest key cutting experience ever GO SEE JUSSI!!! Problem solved!!!
