We’ve used Michael Connery for our home locks, and I honestly can’t recommend him enough. Finding someone you can truly trust with your home’s security isn’t easy, and Michael definitely earned our trust. From the very beginning, he took the time to explain every option without any pressure. He genuinely listened to what we needed and recommended the best solution for our home instead of simply trying to sell the most expensive products. That honesty meant a lot to us. The installation was done professionally, everything was cleaned up afterward, and he made sure we understood how everything worked before he left. A while later, we had a small issue (not necessarily related to the installation), and Michael came by first thing in the morning before his other appointments just to make sure we weren’t left waiting. That level of customer service is hard to find these days. He’s knowledgeable, patient, reliable, and incredibly easy to work with. We’ve come to trust him completely, and if we ever need a locksmith again, we’ll be asking for Michael by name. Thank you, Michael, for the outstanding service. Rather than immediately recommending an expensive replacement, he took the time to properly diagnose the issue and was able to repair the lock instead. The final cost was only $300, saving us thousands of dollars and avoiding an unnecessary replacement. It's refreshing to find a company that focuses on fixing the problem rather than simply selling the most expensive solution. The entire experience—from the office staff to the service technician—was exceptional. Honest, professional, knowledgeable, and customer-focused.
