Drain Rooter Edmonton

I met Rick many years ago when he came to clean my drain which I had someone come do every year. Rick came once and I never had to call him again because he fixed it and gave me advice on how to keep it clear. I call Rick whenever I need help and he’s there to do the job and get it done right! Thank you Rick for your recent visit to fix my hot water tank! I truly appreciate your expertise and prompt and fantastic service! I am grateful I can count on you.

Rick and Ryan saved the day... on a Sunday no less! We reached out to this company with a plugged plumbing line and their expert service team arrived within less than an hour. The service was outstanding. They were fast, polite, and gave us great advise. Thank you guys for being amazing! They left the area cleaner than it was before. We will not hesitate to call them again should we need their services in the future. Words are not enough to express our gratitude. Many blessings to you both. P.S. give these guys a raise! ;)

We are so thankful that we found Rick. After dealing with other plumbing companies who tried to overcharge us for work we didn't need, Rick identified a much smaller issue as the root of our problems and saved us hundreds of dollars in the process. He was so quick to diagnose our problem and we felt he was the first person to be honest and transparent with the repairs needed. He even came back free of charge on 2 separate occasions to make some tweaks since our house is old and temperamental. In a World where it can be hard to find a plumber you trust, Rick restored our faith! Thank you Drain Rooter- will never call anyone else!

Rick and crew were awesome. Came in with equipment, Nose to the grindstone, and got the job done. Clean up was Phenomenal. Price was very reasonable. Communication and Politeness, was 100%. Will difinitey call again, Highly recommend

A huge thank you to Rick and the team! We have had root issues for a few years now! We would get them removed once a year. The last 9 months we have had a blockage four times. We knew it was time to replace the sewer line. We had hoped our insurance would help cover but our endorsement was for ‘inside’ … if you need the line replaced you need ‘service line,’ just FYI!! Rick was able to give us a quote us a good price, when I called on Wednesday saying the blockage was impacting toilet flushing he came out on Thursday to clear and today they came and gave us the new line! You never know how much you need indoor plumbing until you can’t flush the toilet, Shower or do dishes! Thank you so much!
