Nano’s plumbing & heating ltd

If you're reading this, you've found a FIVE STAR COMPANY!! After an experience with a plumber that left us feeling both lost and taken advantage of, we were so stuck with who to trust in the vast sea of providers. Enter Nano's! Nano's Plumbing came highly recommended to us by several people and we decided to take a leap of faith. We are SO GLAD we did! Nano's worked with us over the phone before the visit to find the best course of action for our issue. It was determined we required a drain camera. Booking the appointment was a breeze, in our case we got an appointment the next-day. The actual visit was incredibly helpful. He allowed me to watch the camera with him, and explained everything he did as he worked to solve the issue. He also gave me lots of free advice, tips, and shared best practices to avoid common plumbing issues. We had originally been told by another plumber 3 years ago that our ceiling had to be removed to access the pipes to fix the recurring toilet clogs. We couldn't afford to, and stopped using the bathroom as a result. Nano's found calcium buildup that the other plumber missed, cleared it, and saved us THOUSANDS of dollars not to mention headache! We finally have our bathroom back, and only wish we had found Nano's sooner! Already happy as a clam, I then received the bill; which was LESS than I was quoted! Who does that!? I am over the moon with Nano's Plumbing's customer service, pricing, KINDNESS, and their industry knowledge and expertise. This is a company you keep on your trusted call list for many years! We will be using Nano's exclusively for all our plumbing needs.

Wow, this company is the definition of integrity and honesty. Our sump pump failed, and basement flooded. Junior showed up within 15 minutes. Had the water draining in minutes. He was respectful and professional. His rates were amazing. No price gouging or taking advantage. Really appreciated the work. Highly highly recommend

Very prompt and reliable service. Excellent customer service! Very reasonable pricing. Always my go to. I had a flood yesterday and they gave me piece of mind and remedied the situation professionally. I haven’t seen any better!
