I moved from Largo and the plumbing company I used for 15 years doesn't come to Dunedin. They referred me to Hydro Flo and I'm happy they did. You'll be happy with their service as well. first off I never give out 5 star ratings as that would mean that you have no room for improvement and that is impossible. So you have been very good to date. As for your service to date it has been very good indeed and your staff has been exceptional, very friendly, and knowledgeable etc. I am a new customer to Hydro-flo and am very impressed indeed. Your staff took the time to explain the process as to the work which will be done and worked with us to schedule a time when it would work best for us and your staff. As for this time and the work to be done ( a sump pump install ) we are extremely happy indeed, all we can hope for is a problem free install and a continued good relationship with your company going forward.....Tim

With the rain the last 2 weeks we knew it would be hard to find somebody to either fix or replace our sump pump. Hydroflow to the rescue! They first came out to try to fix our float but are pump was 15 years old. They replaced it quickly, efficiently, cleanly. Would highly recommend.

I had and estimate done for an installation of a sump pump in my homes crawlspace. The technician explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. He was very knowledgeable. I got my quote in 10 minutes and am going to get them to install it.

We were very happy with the plumber that came to change our sump pump. He looked at our current pump and mentioned that it was debris that was stopping the float from working properly. Instead of just changing the pump, he let us know that the pump was still working and asked if we still wanted to change the pump. We very much appreciated the information and honesty. in the end, we decided to change the pump. Very much thankful for the professionalism and workmanship.
