Ways Plumbing And Heating Ltd.

I’ve been working with Wei from Ways Plumbing since 2022, and he is truly one of the most professional, responsible, and customer‑focused plumbers I’ve ever met. He helped me with a wide range of projects over the years — replacing faucets, installing a dishwasher, toilet, and water softener, upgrading my sump pump, and many other jobs. What impresses me most is his patience and professionalism. I know almost nothing about plumbing, and I tend to ask a lot of “beginner questions,” but Wei always takes the time to explain everything clearly without rushing or upselling. My previous homeowner had installed the hot water tank very poorly (including using SharkBite fittings on the heater connections). Instead of simply replacing everything to make more money, Wei carefully evaluated the risks and costs from my perspective and recommended the most economical and reliable solution. That level of honesty and integrity is rare. Wei doesn’t just deserve a five‑star review — he deserves six stars. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a trustworthy and skilled plumber.

Clean work and reasonably priced. Wei was very professional and communicated well over the phone and in-person. When there was extra work needed to do the job, he was very clear and upfront with the cost and had no problem finishing the work. Bonus: he said we had good taste for picking a nice sink and kitchen faucet

We were feeling completely desperate after going without hot water for almost a week and dealing with expensive repair bills. Fortunately, you solved this major issue for us. Thank you so much for your efficient and excellent service. Super happy with our brand new hot water tank!!

Highly recommended. Old sump had a broken pipe and basement flooded during the heavy June rains. Ways Responded immediately and fixed our broken sump pump in no time and showed me how the system works. Watched water drain away. Very satisfying!

The Ways Plumbing was called to fix the faucet. The work was completed by replacing with a new one and fixing the rotted wooden board. Wei is a reliable plumber.
