Kingstree Plumbing

Joey S. and his partner did an excellent job installing our new hot water tank. They were professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable about both their work and the product they installed. They took great care when bringing the new tank into our home and removing the old one, ensuring everything was handled safely and carefully. They responded to our call promptly, arrived on time, and completed the installation efficiently. Throughout the process, they were kind, respectful, and happy to answer our questions. We were very impressed with their workmanship and customer service. We highly recommend Joey S. and his partner to anyone needing plumbing services!

Joey from Kingstree Plumbing was fantastic from start to finish. The communication was outstanding. They gave me a clear arrival window and Joey personally confirmed when he’d be there. He showed up right on time. He was very professional and honest. He first tried to fix our leaking tankless water heater, but unfortunately the heat exchanger was done. He clearly explained two replacement options with no pressure at all. I chose the Rinnai after quickly doing a bit of research. The previous installer’s piping work was quite poor. Joey went above and beyond, treating our home like his own. He took his time and did extremely clean, professional work on all the new lines. I was genuinely in awe when I compared the before and after. The difference in quality was night and day. He cleaned up perfectly after the job and I was incredibly grateful that our hot water was back in working order on the same day when we really needed it. Joey is an outstanding technician and I am extremely happy with his work. Kingstree Plumbing has earned me as customers for life.

We've been enjoying the support of Kingstree Plumbing, I think since their start, and have had the best experiences. Recently had an issue with our 7-year old hot water tank. It just needed a new valve and they were with us the next day to replace. Ryan was great and while he was at our house, he did a full plumbing inspection, fixed the airflow valve in my kitchen sink, cleaned and oiled our weeping tile access, and provided a quote for a new sump pump! I recommend Kingstree to anyone asking for a reliable, reasonably priced, and honest plumber for any reason at all.

I had an excellent experience with Joey Sojnocki. From start to finish, communication was outstanding. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Joey completed the work to a very high standard and demonstrated a strong attention to detail. What stood out most was his understanding and patience during what was a very stressful situation. He made the entire process much easier and helped put my mind at ease. In addition to his professionalism, Joey was very personable and friendly, making him a pleasure to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend his services to anyone looking for quality work and exceptional customer service.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Kingstree Plumbing, and we couldn’t be more impressed with the service we received. Alan, the technician, was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure our home was left spotless once the work was completed. It’s rare to find this level of service these days. Thank you, Kingstree Plumbing, for the excellent work!
