Park City Plumbing Inc.

Suki,Dale and Mike were a joy to deal with.Dale showed up on time, pulled the old hot water tank then Mike showed up with the new tankless system and did a great job installing it.Both men are professional and knowledgeable and all 3 cared about customer satisfaction. They took my old tank and the new tank freed up more space in my utility room.I've had the new tank about 5 days now it works perfectly.Did I get value for what I paid? yes.Would I recommend them? yes.I think their 5 star rating speaks for itself.Fair price, nice people, great work.

Where do I even start! If you are looking for a plumber definitely call dale! Or Mike! Super nice guys very professional, personable and honest as it gets. Very good rates. I’d give him a 10 star if it let me. Great Sherwood Park local plumbers. Thanks dale.

Dale was absolutely fantastic! He was professional, friendly, and did outstanding work from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything, completed the job efficiently, and made sure everything was done right. I would recommend Dale to absolutely anybody who needs plumbing services. Thanks again for the excellent service!

I called on behalf of my mother and the next day Dale was out looking at my mother's situation with two toilets that needed to be replaced. They completed the work in one day and only a few days after the initial phone call. Their quote was accurate, actually it ended up being slightly less than originally quoted, and the work was completed quickly. I really appreciated Dale's understanding and ability to help my mother quickly. We will be calling Park City for all our plumbing needs going forward - highly recommend.

We just moved to a townhouse built in 1978 in Sherwood Park. We have been getting a number of upgrades and fixes done, dealing with several companies and contractors. We needed some plumbing done prior to our new appliances being installed, so we were on a timeline. The first company we engaged cancelled on us three times which sent us on a frantic search to find someone to do the work the next day. Park City sent Dale out the next day. I struggle to find the words that properly reflect the praise that Park City and Dale deserve for their response to our needs and work they did for us. Thank you Park City and Dale for looking after us so well.
