We just bought a new home and needed the tub and toilet removed and replaced. Our original plumber bailed on us with no notice, leaving us with no way to shower. Steve came that day and was ripping the old out the day after. We could not have asked for anything more. He was responsive and fit us in even on a last minute Sunday. He was able to save money as well and took it off the final invoice, I dont know many people who would do that. He was great to chat with as well and had no issue with our puppy's sniff checks lol Long story short - Steve saved the day and our money! Thank you so much!

Last night, I had a backed-up sewer line—on a weekend, after 6 PM. I texted Steve, not expecting much given the timing. To my surprise, he responded immediately and showed up without even having dinner. He spent nearly two hours trying every tool he had. Although the issue couldn’t be resolved that night (it’s a recurring problem from years ago), I was genuinely impressed by his persistence and professionalism. Steve didn’t charge me—though he absolutely should have—and even referred me to another trusted BNI connection for further help. This wasn’t the first time Steve came through. He also helped me with hot water tank issues in the past, and his service was just as prompt and reliable. Steve’s integrity, generosity, and commitment to helping others make him a rare find in the trades. I wholeheartedly recommend him.

Steve was amazing! We weren’t able to get our new dishwasher installed by Trail Appliances like we had hope and we were frustrated with mountains of dishes. Enter Steve. He came out that same afternoon and worked tirelessly into the evening hours making sure our dishwasher was installed correctly and working! We are so very thankful for his professionalism and hard work to make sure we didn’t go another day with dishes stacked up. We won’t hesitate to call Steve again for any of our plumbing needs!

I had an issue with my hot water tank/blower motor and Steve was able to help me fix the issue in 10mins over the phone. I called about 8-9 plumbing & hvac companies about the cost to replace the existing tank. Steves price blew everyone else out of the water by at least $200 and he had the availability to do it sooner then most. I would definitely recommend Steve to my friends and family. I will use him in the future again as well.
