2 for 1 Pizza & Pasta

Not sure what is going on at this place . Used to be my “go to” and was always fabulous . Ordered last week and they got lost took an hour and half, arrived finally with cold pizza and I didn’t complain.. Ordered chicken fingers( and specifically asked for plum sauce ) and mozzarella sticks tonight which arrived with no sauce for either . When I called them ( I asked to speak to a Manager ) or anyone who could speak English they said they would bring sauce. Of course by the time the sauce arrived ( only for the chicken fingers) the food was stone cold . Never did get sauce for the mozzarella sticks. I am soo disappointed. 2x is enough for me Will not be spending anymore of my money here.

Looks like a basic pizza pick up with no dine in option. What is different is the pizza is not a chain one. The vegetables and toppings taste real. There is more toppings than one of your chain stores AND it costs the same or less. The specialty pizzas are really decent too! I like The Jade surprise, The Funky, the Greek, the meatlovers and the Donairs.

I was extremely impressed with both the food and service at this hidden gem of a pizza place in Spruce Grove. As a first-time customer, I left completely satisfied. The pizzas were incredibly loaded with toppings, offering great value for the price. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Sooooo goooooodddd!!!!! I'm not sure if this location is associated with the Windermere one as there doesn't appear to be a differentiation on Google.... But we order from Windermere quite often and dang this pizza is amazing!!! Full of toppings, super tasty, great price and and the crust is amazing!!! Open late...highly recommend trying this place if you haven't already!!

2 for one pizza and pasta served me pizza with plastic in it! found it in my leftover pizza meaning I guess I must’ve eaten melted plastic in my pizza and hadn’t noticed. I called them at 3pm to try to inform them, being super polite and telling them my concerns as we have been loyal and given them outstanding reviews since we moved here. The manager was extremely unprofessional over the phone, was accusing me that it was my fault I didn’t notice until now, that I couldn’t send my photos in to an email, and did not once apologize or act concerned whatsoever. He then told me the only option I have is to come into the store directly and bring in the plastic and pizza. He then took the plastic from my hand and kept the pizza and plastic. He told me the only thing he could do was to refund me for HALF MY ORDER and DIDNT APOLOGIZE ONCE! This is plastic! We could get sick, we could choke on it!! Like what the hell this is a restaurant. Not to mention when I showed him the plastic he started QUESTIONING ME and telling me he doesn’t recognize the plastic from his store?? I will never be going back, I did not want to leave a review, I decided to call, then go in person. This is a health hazard in the food industry and they have not taken this seriously! my biggest concern is that the manager doesn’t care! His employee who was at the cash register intitially cared far more! Such a shame. Warning to anyone going!
