Red Swan Pizza - Spruce Grove

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Red Swan Pizza location. We are regular customers and have always supported this store, which is why this experience was so frustrating. Our pizza arrived missing the pineapple topping that we paid for, and the paneer was badly burnt, making the pizza unpleasant to eat. Missing a topping completely changes the taste of the pizza and spoils the entire meal. What upset me even more was the customer service. When I called to politely explain the issue and ask for a resolution, the staff member raised her voice and simply said, “We can’t do anything.” As a loyal customer, I expected at least an apology or an effort to make things right, but instead I was treated disrespectfully. Mistakes can happen, but how a business handles those mistakes is what matters. Unfortunately, this experience has left us very disappointed, and I hope management takes customer service and quality control more seriously.

One of the best Pizza i had in long time. The person on order taking counter is very polite, suggests well answer all question, does not rush. It was just a wow experiance. Taste-10/10 Quality-10/10 Value for money-10/10 Staff friendliness10/100(i wrote 100 it is not a mistake) I would highly recommend this place.

They forgot to add the pineapple topping we paid for, and the paneer on the pizza was burnt, which completely ruined the taste. When I called to resolve the issue, instead of apologizing or offering a solution, the staff member was rude, raised their voice, and simply said they couldn’t do anything. Good customer service is just as important as good food, and this experience was very disappointing. It’s frustrating to receive an incorrect order and then be treated disrespectfully when trying to get it fixed. Unfortunately, because of both the poor quality of the pizza and the lack of customer service, I will not be visiting this location again.

Very good pizza, BBQ chicken for my fiance and I, half cheese / half pepperoni cheese for the kids, everyone enjoyed. I've had the breadsticks before which are ok but need more seasoning and the chicken quesadillas are very good also. Will be ordering again it will be our go to pizza place, can't wait to try more things on the menu.
