Drizzle Ice Cream

To start with the positives, Drizzle Ice Cream has a fantastic location, a wonderfully stylish interior, and a very wide assortment of flavors. The ice cream itself is simply amazing — genuinely delicious and high-quality. ​However, an incredibly frustrating situation completely ruined the experience for me by 190%. I wanted to treat my friends and tried to pay with cash. I only had $50 and $100 bills on me, so I politely handed over a $50 bill. To my absolute shock, the staff told me that they "only accept small bills." What kind of joke is this? The customer service seriously lacks here. How is a customer supposed to magically know that you don't accept standard cash? To make matters worse, it was the evening, not the beginning of the day, so they should definitely have had enough change in the cash register. ​It was an embarrassing situation in front of my friends, and what was supposed to be a sweet treat ended up leaving a very "salty" aftertaste. Decide for yourself if you want to deal with this kind of service, but I was extremely disappointed by this ridiculous policy.

Had a great experience at Drizzle Ice Cream! The staff were super friendly and made the visit really enjoyable. The ice cream itself was delicious with lots of great options to choose from. One thing to note.. the waffle bowls are huge! Honestly, it’s enough for two people to share. Overall, a really good experience and I’d definitely come back!

Amazing ice cream shop!! Sara and Alex gave incredible service and were wonderful to talk to. The s’mores sundae looked great and tasted perfect. Thank you for taro dipped with toasted coconut it was a really good mix together

I got the waffle Belgian chocolate and Oreo crumble. Ice cream cone was filled all the way to the bottom and was sweet and creamy. The waffle was super high quality Absolutely worth every bite. Highly Recommends for late night dates.

The contrast between the cold, soft center and the crisp outer shell made it extra enjoyable. It was a simple treat, but it felt special and refreshing and enjoyedwith friends🧡. I always think about my budget—so sharing is caring.—one perfect treat, double the flavor, and twice the value.
