Great ice cream with great company! The alley leading to the ice cream place was really comforting! There was fairy lights and a big line waiting for us! The line looks long but honestly goes by pretty quick. The ice cream here is really unique with very interesting flavours. I truly enjoyed the flavour I got: Malted Chocolate Honeycomb. I’m not usually a chocolate kind of guy, much prefer vanilla, but was in a chocolatey mood for some reason! This definitely hit the spot!! The chocolate was sweet and delicious and the honeycomb pieces were crunchy and amazing. I got it in a waffle cone which was really yummy, definitely good quality. My girlfriend got the Sea Salt & Goat Milk Caramel and loved it!! The staff here were very accommodating and super kind. We even took a pint to go! We took home the Cinnamon Snickerdoodle and it was quite delicious for a lactose-free ice cream. Definitely would be better with dairy though! Overall a great ice cream spot!
Hip place at Whyte Avenue to get ice cream. Interesting selection of flavors which are unique to the store. Seems to be a popular place with huge lineup, as the store is fairly small. Price is reasonable and comparable to other ice cream places.
Very nice ice cream. Tried the Dolce le Leche Had a pint two spoons. Very creamy and good flavors. Lots of caramel throughout.
Super busy on a nice Sunday afternoon. Line is at least 30-45 min so be ready to wait. Ice cream doesn’t disappoint! Always a favorite spot when visiting Edmonton
What a wonderful time! After a birthday dinner for my stepbrother, me and my boyfriend decided to walk down whyte ave to try made by Marcus! I had tried it before but I really wanted to experience it again through him. My boyfriend typically isn’t a chocolate kinda guy but someone in front of us in line suggested that he tried the malted chocolate honeycomb flavour and that he wasn’t a chocolate guy either and he loved it!!! So he tried it on a waffle cone and really enjoyed it. I went with what I typically enjoy and got a split scoop of the vanilla bean and sea salt & goat milk caramel in a cup! The mix was perfect together and I was enjoying the cream SO much that I almost creamed myself! We also took home a container of cinnamon snickerdoodle and it was reallyyyyy yummy. It is lactose free so it is more friendly to people like me!!! LOVED that. We tried it the day after and it had some crunchy snickerdoodle bits and gooey caramel? Goodness!!!! It is a bit hot inside the building I will say! But the ice cream will cool you down and make up for it! The line looks long but trust me it moves fast and is totally worth it for the absolutely delicious and delightful quality that is Made by Marcus!!!
