kb&co Sherwood Park

Healthy drinks and food in Sherwood Park. I come here once in a while over the years and I must say, the girl working this morning, May 15th, made me and my sisters drinks really good. I got the Coco-Bean and she got the Cookies and Cream. We normally get the same drinks and this is the best it’s tasted. Kudos 👏

I love KB & Co generally - excellent food and good nourishment. My regular Kb & Co is Windemere and the staff make Windemere exceptional. Always genuinely warm and happy to serve you - they enjoy their work and meet you with so much genuine enthusiasm. I love my trips there as much for the staff as the food. My second regular Kb & Co is St Albert - Also excellent staff that are genuine and always a pleasure serving you - a real joy to visit. I have been to Sherwood park on a few occasions and I cannot same to the two young ladies that were working there. It is so noticeable when people love their place of work and so noticeable when they don’t. My experience last week was that the two young ladies were ready to go home or they were just not enjoying their work. I will try Sherwood Park location again and see if it was just a one off day. It is a difference of night and Day, to be genuinely welcomed - or to be served with an attitude.

Went to kb and co for my first time today and I could not of been more happy with how good the service and food was. The ladies working were very polite and helpful and made it a great experience. I would highly recommend going to kb and co for good quality meals and smoothies made by very friendly staff!!

In love w their cookies and cream protein shake. I will say the customer service is quite variable. The hours esp on the weekend is interesting that it only opens @10 for a healthy place should cater to people who wake up sooner in the day. Also this sign is silly.

I got the PB smoothie and avocado and mushroom toast and it was amazing! I'm someone who usually always has some kind of meat with my meals but here that didn't matter. I love the promotion of healthy food and it being actually healthy not like some of those restaurants that claim to be but aren't actually. I would want to come back but unfortunately I live in Ontario and there doesn't seem to be in locations outside of Alberta.
