Meat The Bun (West Edmonton)

Had a great experience at Meat The Bun! The restaurant was very clean, the food was delicious, and the service was excellent. The staff were friendly and attentive, and everything came out fresh and well prepared. Definitely a place worth visiting again!

Not a bad burger. Was it the best burger I’ve ever had in my life? No. Would I eat it again when I’m craving something not healthy but delicious? Yes. The black bun is a cool spin. It doesn’t really add anything to the flavor profile, but it’s kind of cool. I did a build your own burger, Which I appreciate because I like to choose my own toppings. And it was quite good. I ordered this on Skip, the dishes and in the notes I put that I wanted coleslaw, but I wanted it on the side and thankfully they accommodated that. That being said, I was a little bit underwhelmed by the coleslaw. I understand that their intention is usually to use this as a topping on the burger, but when I ate it, I found it very lacking in seasoning. It was pretty bland. Once again, good burger, I found it to be a tiny bit on the thin side. I kind of wished it was thicker and juicier. But still pretty good.

Amazing experience today! Great burgers smashed fresh to order! Hot food and not from under the heat lamp like in most fast food places! Had the Queen burger and cherry cheesecake milkshake! Outstanding quality and reasonably priced!!! Will be back for sure!!!

10/10 the best burger I’ve ever had! The chorizo hot dog was absolutely delicious, the fries were perfect, and the service was excellent. The restaurant itself is beautiful and has a great atmosphere. I highly recommend it, and I will definitely be coming back!

Visited the new location near Earls crossing and overall had a really good experience. The burgers are unique and flavourful, especially their signature items like The Queen and Farm Feast. The buns (especially the black bun) stand out and give a different taste compared to regular burger places…I am so glad we have this new location opened near to us …as we are their regulars in south location.
