The quality of ingredients here is not bad, the food here is quite simple. Menu items are not balanced at all, unless you are looking for a wrap. I ordered a salad that I added chicken to, it came to $18. As the photos would show, it was basically 5 leaves of cut up lettuce with 1/4 of a tomato, 3 pieces of cucumber, 3 thin slices of pepper, and 5 pieces of crackers. My friend's order was basically non-existent beef in bread. Their pre-bottled freshly squeezed orange juice was worse than regular orange juice, definitely do not recommend. My other friend enjoyed her wrap, so maybe the wraps here are nice, would likely not be coming back.
LOVE IT!! Well done Ayoub and team! So authentic, the spices are brought directly from Lebanon, the food tastes great, central location, beautiful setup. I had the famous Mighty Kafta with Quinoa Taboulé, Lebanese coffee and Meghleh for dessert. So coming back whenever I visit Vancouver.
I really felt extremely satisfied for my first time coming to Zaatar. Burger wrap really impressed me with its fresh ingredients. The service staff is very welcoming and considerate. In particular, the space in Zaatar is super beautiful and clean. I will come back one day soon.
Really enjoyed the meal! 🥗🌯 The quinoa halloumi salad was super refreshing and nicely balanced. The green baked falafel sandwich was quite filling and had a wholesome, healthy feel to it. The tomato soup was delicious — rich, comforting, and full of flavor. Overall a very satisfying meal!
Service and food are both amazing! This is my second time dining here (USA resident), the first was two years ago, and I was impressed to see that the quality of the food has remained consistently excellent. The restaurant has a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, is well organized, and comfortably accommodates both large families and smaller groups. I highly recommend it and look forward to returning.
