What an incredible experience. My mom and I came in for our appointments today and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The environment was calm and relaxing from start to finish. We were able to have our treatments side by side for both pedicure and Japanese head spa. I appreciated conversation with our aestheticians during pedicures they were warm and easy to talk to. I also appreciated that they allowed us to be silent and just relax when we had our head spa without needing to ask. If you are looking for something to feel truly pampers I definitely recommend trying out a service at this location. The spa owner came out at the end and asked us how everything was. She was lovely to talk to and open to any questions we had. A 5 star google review that is much deserved. Thank you.

I decided to spoil myself with a little rejuvenation and relaxation for my 40th birthday by booking a headspa and full facial at Nisa medical spa. I saw the lovely Natalee, who warmly greeted me upon arrival. We consulted over some of my habits, concerns and products used on my hair and face, then she then took me back for the facial portion in a very cozy room with a comfortable bed. The facial was fantastic. She explained what the products were that she was applying and some of the benefits that they have. Afterwards we went and did my Japanese head spa. I think I dozed off for a little bit, it was so relaxing! It was definitely a wonderful way to start my 40th birthday. I included a photo of me fresh-faced, and happy with my clear, clean skin. Note that because they are estheticians and not hairstylists, the blow dry after the headspa is just a simple rough dry, not a blowout. I knew I was going home to style my hair for a dinner date anyway. As a former salon & spa manager myself, one of the biggest things I look for is cleanliness, and you can tell Farhana takes pride in her spa. I took a look around each time I used the bathroom and noticed how spotless it was, and you can tell as well with the lounge and retail front of her shop. She also took the time to greet me and ask how my spa services were going. I was given some samples as I was leaving which is also always appreciated! I hope to be back!

I had such an amazing experience at Nisa Medi Spa! From the moment I walked in, I noticed how clean, welcoming, and relaxing the spa was. I treated myself to a body scrub and a facial, and both services exceeded my expectations. A special thank you to Monique for the incredible facial. She is so down to earth, friendly, and genuinely passionate about what she does. She took the time to explain every product she used, why she was using it, and made sure all of my blackheads were thoroughly removed. Her attention to detail and care really stood out. Monique has a way of making you feel extra special and completely at ease throughout the entire appointment. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. She is amazing at what she does, and I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and glowing. I highly recommend Nisa Medi Spa, and I'll definitely be coming back!

I recently visited Nisa Medi Spa for a HydraFacial, and I had such a great experience! Tegan did my facial and she was absolutely wonderful. She listened carefully to all my skin concerns and made sure the treatment was gentle and comfortable throughout the entire process. Even the extraction part which can sometimes be uncomfortable was done so carefully that I didn’t feel much pain at all. She constantly checked in to make sure I was comfortable. I really appreciated how attentive she was. If you’re looking for a HydraFacial, I would definitely recommend Nisa Medi Spa, and especially Tegan. She did an amazing job, and I’m very happy with the experience! ❤️
