I highly recommend this clinic. They are truly professional, and I’m honestly so happy with my lip procedure and the whole experience. Out of all the places I looked at, I chose this clinic because I really love their work and felt I could trust them from the very beginning. My cosmetic provider, Heather, was amazing — very professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. I really appreciated how personal everything felt. She listened to exactly what I wanted and delivered it perfectly. This feels like a real “before and after” moment in my life in the best way. I genuinely love my results and feel so happy every time I look at them. Very grateful for the care, the quality, and the professionalism.

I tried Botox for TMJ pain relief and it has greatly improved my quality of life. Heather is so kind and extremely knowledgeable. She is truly concerned about what is best for each client. The staff here are outstanding! Everyone is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this clinic for any cosmetic treatments! Wish I could give more stars!

Literally the best first experience with injections ever. Got my lips done for the first time with Heather and she just did them so perfectly I was worried at first that 1ml would be too much but she made sure to break everything down to me step by step she also had two lovely ladies who were so helpful throughout the process and were just super reassuring the whole time. I see Heather at the Edmonton location and she is amazing! She is very thorough in explaining what she will be doing, and is super knowledgeable and honest about the treatments. She takes a little extra time to make sure you’re at ease and I never feel rushed. All the girls in the clinic are warm, welcoming, and make you feel comfortable. If you’ve been on the fence about booking, definitely go see her!

Heather was fantastic! As a first-timer, I walked in with a mix of excitement and approximately 47 questions. She was kind, patient, professional, and took the time to explain everything without making me feel rushed or pressured. I never felt like I was being sold something I didn't need. Heather listened to my concerns, answered all my questions, and made the whole experience comfortable and surprisingly relaxing. I can't speak to the final results just yet, but if they're half as good as the experience was, I'll be thrilled. Highly recommend Heather if you're looking for someone who knows their stuff and makes the process feel easy.
