She clearly explained each step of the process, what products were being used, and how they would benefit my skin, which I really appreciated. It never felt rushed or overwhelming. What stood out the most was the complete lack of pressure to purchase additional treatments or products. Instead of upselling, she focused on what was best for my skin and answered my questions honestly. It felt refreshing to receive genuine care without any sales push. Overall, it was a relaxing, informative, and trustworthy experience. I would absolutely return and recommend Kati to anyone looking for high-quality, client-focused skincare.

Chanelle gave me an excellent mask session a few days ago, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Kati, Phyllis, and Sarah are all incredibly talented—true professionals who clearly take pride in their work. After the facial massage, my sinuses began clearing almost immediately, and I’ve noticed significant improvement in my shoulders and lower back since starting treatments. The results speak for themselves. The entire staff is knowledgeable and detail-oriented. I was given clear instructions on what to expect during the session and how to care for myself afterward, which made the experience even better. I had an amazing facial with several different treatments at Utopia medispa yesterday. My sister and I were able to take advantage of the promo they were running for the week and I'm so happy we did. The care and time the esthetician took with my facial went above and beyond my expectations. My skin feels renewed and refreshed. I may have dozed off a few times as well I was so relaxed. I would highly recommend this medispa and their many excellent services. Thank you to the esthetician that took such care with my treatment, I hope to be back soon for another treatment the next time I visit Edmonton.
