Every visit to Urban Retreat has been the ultimate rejuvenating experience! From manicures and pedicures to facials and makeup or even just a lounge in the private steam room, it’s always an experience to look forward to! All the girls there show incredible integrity in the quality of their work and their hospitality is unmatched. But a special shout out to Katie who is absolute magic! She is so kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She’s helped turn my dehydrated skin around while noticeably decreasing my fine lines and age spots. Moving to advanced treatments like microneedling and laser made a huge difference, and her recommendation of Vivier home care products has kept my results going strong. On top of the incredible care, the clinic location itself is lovely, welcoming, and beautifully maintained!

100% recommend Urban Retreat. I go here to get my eyebrows done, and decided to book a last minute Spa Day (relax and renew) for my birthday. It was AMAZING! Steam shower, body scrub and wrap, facial and mani/pedi. Amoy ensured I felt comfortable during the body scrub and wrap, and it was sublime! Regina did my facial, which was fantastic! Mani/pedi was marvelous and I love the Dazzle Dry polish!

Had an amazing facial with Eva! Right when I walked in the door, I felt welcomed and taken care of. I had never been to urban retreat but would recommend it to anyone and everyone. Eva was gentle and caring with my skin concerns. Thank you all again for the wonderful facial, I will definitely be back for more!

I have been seeing Gierica at Urban Retreat for a long time and I can honestly say she is the best massage therapist I have ever had! Her treatments are always deeply therapeutic and still extremely relaxing at the same time, which is rare to find. She has helped keep me out of pain and has made a huge difference in my day to day comfort. She always checks in, makes sure you are comfortable, and you can genuinely feel how much she cares. The whole spa is consistently welcoming, professional, and calming from start to finish. I highly recommend!
