First time visit with my son. Would never refer anyone. The staff when we first approached the front counter looked like they wanted to run away on a smoke break. After getting in the staff were better. Extended our time by 10 minutes because the lane was malfunctioning so we changed lanes. Within 5 minutes of our new lane, that lane started malfunctioning. I decided it was time to go. Informed the staff member whom i was dealing with before. No apology, no refund, nothing accommodating. Don’t waste your money. 75 bucks is bull…

Came for girls night bowling, reserved a lane as we always have. What used to be Ed's rec room is now mainly focused on bowling. The original lanes are aging, the couches are nice.. But the pinsetters have seen better days. We had to reset twice ourselves and have someone come over twice, nothing major, but to some it would be. The supervisor offered us a coupon for our next visit to compensate, lovely people serving us. No complaints about the workers, but owners need to think about replacing some of the original pinsetters sooner than later.

Guy at the counter sucked at customer service with his passive aggressive demeanour towards customers, what should’ve been a simple interaction feel unnecessarily uncomfortable. Hopefully it was just an off day, because first impressions matter. Other staffs were lovely with catering our group tho.

A group of 6 of us went out last night. There was a bit of an issue with the reservation, but they made it right. We had some tech issues with the first bowling lane and were promptly moved. Halfway through the second game we had a glitch-again staff fixed it quickly and extended our time to allow us to finish the game. Nick and Cassie were professional and super helpful-thanks for giving us a fun night out!
