We booked a birthday Fairy Tea Party for our little one and her friends, and it was very well done. A private room (atrium?) to handle birthday essentials was all set up with fine china and the kids had a very fancy lemonade tea party. The museum staff were so patient and wonderful with the group of little kids, playing games, baking cookies, and doing arts & crafts. Would recommend for your little tea party loving fairies or for yourself if you’d like to learn a bit more about the beginnings of Alberta and the UofA.
I was just driving around soaking in the fall opulence around this beautiful area when I stuck this nice hidden gem tucked in such a lovely Lush green ambiance. Clicked a few pics around, will sure come some other day for lunch which was over by the time I was here. It is served 11:00 to 14:00 Hours only. Will review again!!! Well we were here, 24th September, 2019. The food: the starter, main & desert courses were tasty, yummy & with healthy ingredients, served nicely and with welcoming smile. Server has been so nice! Great place and seating for lunch and to be, once in a blue moon!! Bit pricey!! 3/4 of what they charge will make the party great!! All the same❤️ed to b here with my Boss, my wife😜!
Kyle gave us a guided tour. He made it very interesting with all his stories and attention to detail. We learned a lot about Alberta history and it felt like we got a real glimpse into what it was like to live then. A lovely house.
A must-visit destination for Alberta's history enthusiasts. Much of the Premier's house has been preserved in its original form, despite the vandalism incident in the 1970s. The tour guide, Colby, deserves high praise for his patient and insightful presentation. He effortlessly engages with diverse groups, including children, students, and adults, showcasing professionalism and adaptability throughout the tour.
This is an incredible place where you can feel like you're in the past and see how people in Edmonton once lived! It's very beautiful and cozy here! And the friendly employee of the house is always ready to tell you interesting information and show you around this wonderful building! I highly recommend visiting this place!
