Auto Imports

Contacted Auto Imports for a brake job quote on my German import. I immediately got a response from Chelsea and after a few questions to clarify a couple things, she got back to me quickly with the quote. OEM parts, warranty, fast service, first class customer service at the front counter and a couple thousand dollars cheaper than taking it to the dealer. Chelsea was very knowledgeable about brake parts which added to the satisfaction I received. I will most certainly take my car back to Auto Imports for any future work that needs to be done.

It was a pleasure to have Auto Imports work on my fairly new Jaguar. I am happy with my upkeep & maintenance from this company. And I would choose them as my permanent maintenence & service team. They came.across as honest and answered all my questions & gave me alot of good advice.

Been to Auto Imports a few times now and had a positive experience again. Chelsea was great; professional, helpful and kept me updated. Work was done to a high standard and the car was ready when promised. Highly recommend if you're looking for a reliable shop in Edmonton.

I first visited Auto Imports in 2019 for an out-of-province vehicle inspection, and from the very beginning, I was impressed by the exceptional service I received — especially the care, professionalism, and kindness shown by Jeremy. Since then, I have returned multiple times with both my Honda Civic and Dodge Grand Caravan, and every experience has reinforced my trust in Jeremy and his team. Whether it was replacing parts on my Civic or carrying out repairs on my Grand Caravan — including thermostat replacement, blend door actuator repairs, and more — the work was always completed with skill, honesty, and efficiency. However, my most recent visit truly exceeded all expectations. I brought in my Dodge Grand Caravan for a rear main seal replacement, and during the process, I found myself struggling financially. Jeremy not only showed understanding and compassion toward my situation, but he and his team also completed additional work — a repair that would have easily cost me over $1,000 — at no extra charge. In today’s world, it is rare to find a shop that operates with such integrity, generosity, and genuine care for its customers. Auto Imports is not just a repair shop; it is a business built on honesty, professionalism, and humanity. Thank you, Jeremy and the entire Auto Imports team, for your outstanding service and kindness. You have earned my trust and highest recommendation.
