EUROTEKK

Had my 2008 MB SL550 and 2010 Porsche 911 in for service recently with oil/fluid/filtre changes and some other maintenance. Really impressed with everything about Eurotekk. Francesco was really good to work with, explained the work completed, pricing was reasonable and tons of parking at the shop. I would not hesitate to continue having my vehicles serviced at Eurotekk.

I had a problem with the EGR system on my Mercedes-Benz GL350 BlueTEC, so I contacted EuroTekk looking for a permanent solution. From my very first conversation with Francesco, it was clear that he had detailed knowledge of the vehicle and fully understood the available options. He took the time to explain the issue clearly, outline the pros and cons of each approach, and answer all of my questions without pressure. Based on his explanation and recommendation, I made an appointment to bring the vehicle to his facility in Edmonton. The work was completed professionally and on schedule, and the results have been excellent. The vehicle is running noticeably better, and I now have confidence that the issue has been properly addressed. What stood out most to me was the honesty, technical expertise, and customer service throughout the entire process. Francesco communicated clearly from start to finish and made sure I understood exactly what was being done and why. I would highly recommend EuroTekk to anyone dealing with diesel emissions or EGR-related issues on a Mercedes-Benz vehicle.

I went to Eurotekk for a suspension diagnostic for my vehicle, The Eurotekk team was very professional and knowledgeable , they found the issue and explained it very clear to me. I was very impressed with how clean and organized the shop area and office area is. I highly recommend Eurotekk. Im very happy with his honesty and professionalism. I’m looking forward to my repair appointment next week, thanks Eurotekk Team
