Jasper Autoworks

Wai is honestly an amazing mechanic! As a young woman who had just bought my first car, I ended up in a really stressful situation after being treated unfairly by a dealership. During all of that, Wai responded to my emails so quickly and reassured me that he could take care of everything. I had been quoted over $5,000 for maintenance elsewhere, and Wai got it done for a super reasonable price. On top of that, everyone there is so kind when you call, and they actually take the time to explain things so you understand what’s going on with your car. If I ever need anything done again, I will 100% be coming back to Wai. Highly recommend! Anyways… here’s my Hondeezy 💙🚗

Excellent service by Wai and the guys in the back with the quality of work done on my '12 Tacoma. Been through a few mechanics in Edmonton and I am proud to say these guys are definitely the most honest and best quality of work. Got my truck 2 years ago and it needed some repairs on the suspension. Had it taken to a different shop that did the replacement of some suspension parts but it ended up only lasting a year for the parts before the seals started leaking again because they weren't properly installed. Talked to a friend who recommended these guys so I took it in to get the work done for the same CV axles. After how quickly they got it done with the quality of the job I was hooked. I ended up getting other suspension work done on the truck as other parts were wearing and I didn't have to worry about a poor quality job. They also helped me on recommendations and preventative maintenance so I could keep the Tacoma running smoothly. After a few repair jobs for different parts of the suspension, the truck is running smoother then its ever been. These guys have great prices and they try their absolute best to try and get it done in the same day as the appointment. Would recommend getting your vehicle fixed here!

Great experience every time. today, I brought my Accord in for a suspension inspection and was impressed by the honesty and communication, which is rare to find with most mechanics. They clearly explained what needed immediate attention and what could wait a little bit, without trying to upsell unnecessary work. I especially appreciated being advised by Wai to hold off on an alignment until the future suspension work is done, which saves me money. Not to mention how quick their services are done, they had my new rims and tires installed in under 60 minutes on my last visit, and today, the full suspension inspection and rebalance / rotation took under 120 minutes :) Professional, straightforward, high quality work done by quick, reliable and trustworthy people. HIGHLY recommended.

The very best for specialty cars like HONDA. Got excellent work & great price. Schedule appointment very good timing. Had lots of work done, but yet done on one day! Everything that was promised was given. No surprises, which is great at a mechanic. Thank you you guys.

I have been seeing Wai at Jasper Autoworks now for close to 10+ years and I would not take my car anywhere else. They are fair in pricing and extremely honest in explaining what you need for your car with no unnecessary upsells. Wai has a solid team of mechanics under his belt which makes their work super fast and efficient.
