I walked into Oraizen for the first time and was surprised to see more Ferraris than I thought existed in Edmonton! It definitely caught my attention. I brought in my old Sorento because the driver's seat had developed a strange rocking issue. Several other shops either only handled upholstery or weren't able to help. Oraizen took the time to properly diagnose the problem, identified the issue with the manual seat mechanism/frame, and repaired it without replacing the entire seat. They explained what they found, completed the repair for less than the original estimate, and the seat feels solid again. I really appreciated that they took the time to diagnose the actual problem instead of simply recommending a replacement. I won't wait until I own my own Ferrari before I come back. Thanks again!

These guys were amazing. They worked with me in getting parts i wanted in my time crunch I had and even though there was an issue with shipping they still were accommodating and offered different parts to fit my timeline. I was referred to Oraizen Auto by a manufacturer of performance parts for my Aston Martin. To say the folks at Oraizen are professional and courteous is an understatement. When I walked in the first thing that struck me was how clean the shop was. I've never seen anything like it. Alex greeted me and while he was looking over my Vantage I could see his passion. I was looking to get a new dual plate clutch installed that I purchased from a third-party manufacturer. I was blown away with what Alex told me about Oraizen and what they do. I felt like I was being adopted by an amazing family. I had mentioned I'd like to have the PPF redone and a touch-up of a few nicks and dents. The end result was nothing short of AMAZING! Would I recommend the Oraizen team? Absolutely, to go anywhere else would be a waste of time and money. They are at the very pinnacle of their profession. Words don't do them justice. Treat yourself to an amazing experience and have Oraizen take care of your passion. You won't regret it, believe me.

Very friendly staff, very accommodating and helpful. Just looking at the cool cars they always have around is worth a trip anyway and the prices were very reasonable. The detailing and vehicle wrap staff are top notch and also friendly easy to deal with people. Even the owner is a nice guy and definitely passionate about cars.

Just had some aluminum shift cable bushings installed here as well as a short shift arm and the service was outstanding. I’ve been to their sister company Velocity Motorsport a few times and the service has always been absolutely amazing. Despite their specialty being exotic and super cars, ( Lambos, Ferraris, McLarens, ect,) they are more than willing to work on domestic vehicles as well. Alex, one of the owners has always been extremely friendly. He’s straight forward about pricing and always makes you feel welcome. Same goes with all the mechanics too. If it’s power modifications or routine maintenance they can handle anything. I highly recommend this shop and will be using there services again in the future. Five star service all the way.
