Karmac - The German Autohaus Ltd.

I can’t say enough great things about Karmac! I broke down this morning and was stressed about being stuck — but thanks to Theo and the team, they went above and beyond to help me out. They got my vehicle in right away, diagnosed the issue, and had it repaired and back on the road the same day. I completely understand that same-day repairs aren’t always possible, but they truly did everything in their power to make it happen, and I’m incredibly grateful for their effort and professionalism. As someone who owns a classic BMW, finding a shop I can trust means a lot — and I can confidently say they’ve earned a new loyal customer. Karmac’s dedication, honesty, and skill have given me total confidence that my car is in good hands for years to come. Highly recommend!

Great service, honest staff, and fair pricing. They diagnosed the issue quickly and fixed my car properly. Very knowledgeable with German vehicles and easy to deal with. Definitely recommend

Best shop in Edmonton! Karmac is one of those mechanic shops you find once and stick with for life. They’re honest, reliable, and fair — truly in the business of making sure your vehicle is safe. A great family-owned shop that’s perfect for anyone looking for trustworthy, quality work!

Truly honest and trustworthy! Excellent service and extremely fair pricing! Theo is a gentleman who cares and isn't interested in upselling to make a quick buck! You can trust your imports with them!

Great shop, I trust them because they are honest and do good work. They are also very willing to have a chat with you about your car and share their knowledge. Highly recommend
