I went into Zender Ford today because I heard a scraping noise while driving and wanted to have it checked out. It turned out to be just some rust built up on the brakes which was a huge relief. They let me know why this happens and how to avoid it in the future. I also mentioned a slight tilt with the back tires and asked if they could look into it. Turns out that was the rear camber, and they were more than happy to fix that issue for me. The staff were absolutely amazing from start to finish. They were friendly, professional, and made me feel completely taken care of. By the time I left they had gone above and beyond. They completed an oil change, did a full inspection, changed my wipers, checked all of my tires, filled my wiper fluid. They even completed an alignment at 40 percent off, which was a huge deal for me. What started as the Monday-est Monday that ever monday'd ended on such a positive note thanks to the incredible team at Zender Ford. Their honesty, thoroughness, and customer care turned my whole day around. I cannot recommend them enough.

Friendly service! I stopped in from out of town for a quick re torque of my tires. Devon did a great job!! I appreciated the extra care taken by him to ensure the specs were correct beforehand. Reception was friendly and inviting. Thank you guys again!
