The staff there was super friendly and I really enjoyed chatting with them while I shopped. Whenever I had a question about ingredients one staff didn't just give me a bland answer. Hed look it up on the site. He even offered to print ingredients for me. This will be my go-to Cobbs from now on😊
I'm a regular at St.Albert. The bread and products are always fresh and delicious. The staff are always wonderfully nice. Especially Rowena and Edwin who go out of their way to ensure you have a good visit.
COBS Bread never disappoints. The bread is always fresh, soft on the inside with that perfect crust, and the smell alone makes it impossible to leave with just one item. The staff are genuinely friendly and happy to help, which makes the whole experience even better. Whether it’s a classic loaf, a sweet treat, or something new to try, everything tastes homemade and high quality. Easily one of my go-to spots—I keep coming back for a reason.

Edmonton's oldest continuously-operating bakery, since 1946. Cakes, buns, danishes, and old-school treats made the same way for three generations.
