Fluffy Bakery - Preorder Pickup Only

So happy with the cake we received from Fluffy Bakery for my daughter’s birthday! The cake matched our 80s prom night theme perfectly and was even better than the inspo pic sent. We requested a chocolate cake with salted caramel filling. It was absolutely delicious, but after sitting on my counter for 3 hours, it started to droop and ooze out caramel so I would recommend serving directly out of the fridge if you choose the caramel filling. I would get the exact same combination again next time, it was that good. 😋

I ordered the vegan chocolate cake with mango from Fluffy Bakery and the cake was beautiful and delicious! The cake was moist, light, and not too sweet and the vegan buttercream was the perfect balance against the mango filling. I'm thrilled to have found a bakery that offers vegan cakes and I will definately order again. They were even able to accommodate an earlier pick up time after an ordering glitch which I'm very thankful for

Very Disappointing Experience – Never Ordering Again I have been ordering cakes from this lady for the last three years. She was a home-based baker, and in the beginning, her cakes were good. We used to customize them according to our dietary needs, and we even gave her good reviews in the past. We were loyal customers, buying almost 10 cakes a year from her. Last year, she delivered a bad cake, and although she didn’t take responsibility, we forgave her and continued to support her because of our past experiences. However, this year on our anniversary, I ordered a special fresh cream cake for my wife. We had clearly agreed on a fresh cream cake, and I even have a screenshot of her confirming it. Instead, she sent me a sugar and icing cake with a stale, hard sponge. My wife ate a slice and immediately felt sick to the point of almost vomiting. My son also complained after tasting it, and later my wife suffered food poisoning and spent the whole night in the bathroom with loose motions. When I complained, her response was shocking. Instead of apologizing or offering a refund, she insisted that we return the cake to her after two days so she could “check what’s wrong.” Can you imagine? While my family was already suffering from food poisoning, she expected us to hold onto the same contaminated cake and then hand it back to her. Completely absurd and irresponsible. I told her not to bother because clearly, she isn’t interested in service or accountability. This cake was inedible, dangerous to eat, and we paid $115 for this disaster. This shows how careless and shameless some home bakers can be. There is no customer service, no accountability, and no care for the customer’s health. ⚠️ I strongly caution anyone considering ordering from her – no matter how loyal you are, you cannot expect good service or safe food. Don’t waste your money or risk your family’s health. Baker, I don’t know with what audacity you would even try to respond to this. I am beyond disappointed.

Definitely deserves a 5 stars! We were so happy and satisfied with our cake, it was so neat, elegant and delicious. Professional treatment and great customer service. We are very thankful for Fluffy Bakery & More ❤️
