Italian Centre Shop Ltd. - Sherwood Park

We didn’t just try The Italian Centre Shop in Sherwood Park… we accidentally turned it into a full-day event. Started off innocent enough, split breakfast for two: a spinach twist, a bacon, egg & cheese breakfast danish, an Americano, and a cinnamon roll with nuts. Every single bite? Unreal. The kind of “why don’t we have this in Saskatoon?” moment hits you pretty quick. Naturally… we went back for lunch. Round two was the Monte Blanco and a custard-filled horn, again, both incredible. At this point, leaving without a box of treats felt irresponsible. So we loaded up. Back home, we turned it into a tasting session with friends: • Lemon tart • Blueberry cheesecake • Ginger snap cookie • Zeppole Di San Giuseppe • Pistachio layer cake • Florentine biscuit Not one miss in the bunch. My personal winner? The Zeppole. That custard had this orange creamsicle vibe that honestly caught me off guard, in the best way. Absolute knockout. My wife went with the pistachio layer cake… although I’m pretty sure I had to pressure her into choosing just one. The store itself is just as impressive as the food, rows of cheeses, olive oils, deli meats… you could spend a long time in there and still not see everything. And the staff? Friendly, helpful, and clearly hustling. Bottom line: this place is dangerous, in the best possible way. Saskatoon, we’re missing out.

I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of this establishment, from the deli to the pastries, which offered a fantastic selection of high-quality products at prices that were quite reasonable compared to other stores in the city. Last Sunday, I purchased two types of salami, each weighing 100 grams, for approximately $3.00 CAD or less. I had them for lunch today, and they were absolutely delicious and fresh. The staff members were exceptionally warm and helpful.

I love the Italian Centre and I love Joe who is an exceptional man and manager. He just has this amazing, welcoming, vibe along with fantastic communication skills. I don't know him well at all. But my interactions with Joe have been incredibly positive and a wonderfully memorable experience. And the store is run incredibly well in my opinion, which is truly appreciated. How fortunate they are to have him. As for as the Centre itself goes... the staff are all wonderful, except for the man that seems to be in charge of the deli. He isn't very nice or respectful to the staff, which is hard to witness. But the cashiers, bakery, produce, deli staff are all friendly and exceptionally helpful. I often shop here, mostly in the produce department as there are always a few good deals, although I have noticed prices have increased, and not as affordable as they were. But, as we all know, prices are up everywhere. The bakery girls are a delight, especially the lady with black hair, who has been there for quite sometime. And lastly, the cashiers are wonderful as well. They know their job well and checkout is always a breeze. I'm so thankful you landed here in the park. Thank you to all!

This store has a very good selection of European products and delicacies. They sell delicious sauerkraut, cheeses, meat delicacies, olives, spices and much more. Always polite staff. And you can also eat deliciously here! And there is an Italian bakery with delicious pastries and coffee!

Was introduced to the shop at the beginning of May and have stopped at least once every 3 days otw home. Prices are great, nice selection of quality brands and products. Plus the bakery well I haven't found an item I haven't craved more of. Highly recommend checking out the deli selection. Parking space is ample with 3 easy access handicap spots right at the front of the store. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Only complaint that I can think of is that the bakery is sometimes sold out of cinnamon buns before I make it there lol yes I get it's trivial but had to list something to improve 😁
