Le Tramway Cafe Bistro is truly a hidden gem in the neighborhood. I’ve come here often, and every visit has been a warm and welcoming experience. Everyone here is always friendly and genuine, especially Nick, who makes the place feel even more special. The restaurant has such a cozy atmosphere; it feels almost like home. I’ve tried most of the dishes, and every time I come back and order something new, I’m pleasantly surprised. The food feels authentic, full of flavor, and made with care. Great food, great people, and a really nice local spot. Highly recommend.
Le Tramway is such an adorable little café with an eclectic menu. The Mediterranean mural instantly had us talking about where we should travel next. I stepped outside my usual brunch order and tried the Sunrise Shakshouka—poached eggs in a rich, flavourful tomato sauce—and I’m so glad I did. It was incredible! Hidden gems like this are my favourite kind of find.
Stepping into Le Tramway Café Bistro in Edmonton felt like arriving at a place that understands nuance, rhythm, and the simple pleasure of a well-crafted dish. As soon as I opened the door, the ambience shifted. There was warmth in the muted chatter, a lightness in how the space invited you to stay rather than rush. It was the kind of environment that made me want to take a breath and pay attention. I began with a café latte, poured with a smoothness that signaled care. The first sip was comforting, balanced, and honest, warming more than just my hands. In that moment I realized how rare it is to find a coffee that feels like it was made with intention rather than habit.
Decided to check out a local place and was treated with a great brunch on Canada Day. Food was healthy and delicious, service great and the room was very pleasant. Love the chairs.
Fabulous little bistro run by a lovely family and serving awesome breakfasts and good lattes. Chairs are comfortable and the bistro is cosy and inviting. Such a great addition to the neighborhood and an amazing discovery for those of us who like a genteel setting for a nice chat and beverage with friends. Would highly recommend
