If you are looking for personal training in a chill, welcoming, friendly and supportive environment, look no further! I have been working with Trevor for about 4 years and he has helped me stay fit through two pregnancies and two postpartum periods and I truly believe I am stronger than I was before I had kids. I love the environment at AIM Fitness because everyone is so friendly. The other trainers and their clients will always greet you with a smile or a friendly hello. I also love that it’s not over crowded when I’m there and can get the best out of every workout without having to wait for equipment to come available. This place is the best for personal training!!
I love my sessions at Aim Fitness. I appreciate the knowledge and professionalism of their trainers. The gym itself is clean, well-equipped, immaculately maintained, and I always have lots of space. Most importantly to me, the vibe is always fun and positive. 3 years later and I still look forward to my training sessions each week. They've helped me accelerate my recovery from long term injuries, and my overall strength level now is higher than it ever has been, more so than when I was in my 20s even. I don't write reviews because I want a small internet footprint. That said, for Trevor, Amy, and the team, it's worth taking that step. I highly recommend Aim Fitness for private or partner sessions. Both those experiences have been top notch!
I was nervous to come to my initial assessment (in 2023), but I am SO glad that I did. So if you are having any hesitations, please just believe in yourself and put your trust in this team because you really cannot go wrong with any of these trainers. Having something booked in your calendar where a person is waiting for you to show up is an excellent way to start working out consistently. And the thing about showing up consistently is that you start to feel the impact of the effort you are making very quickly and that feels so good. This place will change your life! The space and all of the equipment in it are always clean and everything is in such good condition. Anything that needs regular maintenance gets it. Trevor cycles in stuff like new bands proactively when natural wear and tear happens, and he often purchases additional equipment to provide even more options for exercises. All of those equipment options and Trevor and the team’s ability to cater to everyone’s unique needs and goals (and ailments) make it so you can truly start from anywhere and progress in whatever way works best for you with your trainer’s expertise and support. I have made significant progress since I started coming here, and I’ve also had a time when I had to pull back a bit to recover from a “frozen shoulder” situation. I’m lucky that because I had professional support at this gym, I never felt like I was losing what I’d built so far or like I’d be starting back at square one. Part of that is probably improved mental toughness that has come from feeling stronger as well. Investing in yourself at a gym like this with trainers like these will improve all parts of your life!
Aim Fitness has been a welcoming, encouraging and fun place to get back into personal training. Never too crowded, has all the equipment you’ll need and the facility is always clean and well kept. Trevor is amazing and has been stellar at creating a hybrid program that caters perfectly to our needs. He meets you where you’re at and encourages a positive outlook on fitness. It’s fun to be in an atmosphere that promotes wellness and fitness while still feeling safe and inclusive for all!
I've been training with Trevor for several years now. His gym and the trainers in it are all very professional, inclusive, and feel like a community of people who value meeting you where you're at and supporting you to go where you want to go. Trevor is skilled at modifying programs when I have a hiccup with an injury or niggle, which has completely changed my mindset about having to sideline myself. Safe movement almost always has me feeling better. I've learned to push myself when I'm uncomfortable and that's translated far beyond the walls of Aim Fitness! Highly recommend coming here.
