Love Barbell Base! The trainers are amazing and always make me feel motivated and encouraged to push myself to try new things. I’ve really enjoyed getting into weight training and learning something new for my new workout regime. I also love how accommodating they are especially being able to freeze my membership when I’m travelling..thanks Anthony!! It makes my life so easy and stress free. Such a great gym with an awesome atmosphere and great people❤️
I’ve been attending the Barbell Base for about two months now in their small group personal training program, and the experience has been incredibly positive. One thing I especially appreciate is how great the coaches are at modifying movements if you’re dealing with injuries or limitations. They make sure you can still train safely and effectively while continuing to make progress, which makes the workouts feel approachable. The environment is welcoming, encouraging and focused on building long-term healthy habits through strength training. I’m very happy with my progress to date!
I love this gym! It’s clean and well-maintained, with a strong emphasis on community vibes. I’m especially impressed by the variety of workout classes and the quality of coaching in the group sessions. Pricing options are competitive for the value provided. Staff and management are amazing, creating a supportive environment that motivates you to keep showing up. They play great music. Big shout out to Adrian and CJ for their guidance and support!
I'm new to working out in a gym, but I've been really enjoying my time at the Barbell Base. The classes follow a group setting, but adjustments can be made to the exercises based on your skill level. I haven't interacted much with the community (due to my introverted nature), but everyone I have met is nice and supportive of one another. I don't think I've met all the trainers yet, but I want to thank Jess, CJ, Emma, Kinley, and Adrian for their help and advice during my training sessions.
Absolutely love it here! The trainers push you to challenge yourself, but are also super respectful of any accommodations you might need. The entire community is very welcoming- which is amazing as someone new to lifting. Plus- there is a nice cold peppermint towel at the end of every workout! 🏋️ And free coffee. ❤️ Try it out- you won’t be disappointed.
