I had been training for 8 years with a trainer at another gym, and then decided to work out on my own for a while. When I began to miss the accountability and challenge that working with a trainer provided, I started looking at gyms in my area. None of them seemed to be the right fit--until I reached out to Body Architects for a consult. I've been working out with Andre for 2 years now, and have noticed a marked improvement in my strength and performance in the gym. I also do hill sprints in the river valley and Andre has been really great on coaching me with respect to the mechanics of running in general and uphill running in particular, which has helped me to become more efficient and effective during my runs.
I've been working with Andre at Body Architects for a few years now and I can't say enough about the quality of the training I've received and the positive results. More than just workouts, they have taken a more holistic approach to their clients health that has made a huge difference and helped me to look at "going to the gym" differently. Highly recommend.
Joining Body Architects was a great decision for me, as I am getting older these days (in fact it looks like I'm going to turn 70 this year -- no one is more surprised than me about that!). The customized workouts I get are tailored to meet my unique requirements at this time of my life, ensuring that I get the most out of each session. My trainer, Andre, is incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and attentive, always choosing the right exercises for what is most beneficial at the time, making sure I'm performing them correctly and safely. He genuinely cares about my progress and well-being. The welcoming and comfy atmosphere at the gym also makes every visit enjoyable. I've noticed significant improvements in my overall health and quality of life and general well-being. I feel stronger, more energetic, and more confident in my physical abilities. Thank you, Body Architects, for making a positive difference in my life!
We’ve been training with Andre for a couple of years now and every time, it’s an eye-opening new lesson in how the body works, and how to move efficiently and properly. 10/10 recommend.
Absolutely outstanding trainer - highly recommended for golfers and fitness enthusiasts alike ! I’ve been back training with Ryan for several months now, and the impact on both my golf game and overall fitness has been incredible. What sets Ryan apart is the unique blend of deep golf knowledge and functional strength training - something you just don’t find often.
