I am new to reformer pilates and I enjoyed this class quite a bit. The instructor Nicole explained everything clearly and gave modifications to make each exercise easier or harder (the choice is yours!) Tanya the receptionist was super helpful and explained the membership options and answered any questions I had. The studio itself is quite big , about 18 reformers and to my surprise the location was quite busy with my 1pm class at full capacity.
I moved from Calgary and I've been waiting for them to open in the west side of Edmonton. I'm so glad they are finally opened.
At times I found the set up not conducive to performing the correct way I.e. e, laying on a mat with no sight line and not able to hear instructor . Perhaps a microphone would help. Also some instructors are better at demonstrating than others. . The studio was clean and instructors always open to questions . The 4 months improved my flexibility. Best of luck
Been a member for a few months. Front end staff are awesome. Taken classes from different instructors, all really nice. All the classes are different which is great too.
Me and my friend tried the intro class and it was great. So we decided to try a full class and purchased credits online the app. Unfortunately we weren’t able to go and had to cancel the class we booked with our one credit. I went to book a few days ago thinking that I can use me credit but it was gone. I called the front desk and all she said was credits are only good for a month. It didn’t say that anywhere. It’s a credit, money that I paid. You need to inform your clients of this policy or change it!
