Starting private lessons with Adeel has been my best decision of 2026, and I HIGHLY recommend you gear up and do the same! First and foremost, I met Adeel through my partner who alongside myself is in law enforcement. And I can say by far, Adeel is the most intelligent, methodical, sound coach I've had... Every single class Adeel teaches, you can feel just how much time and effort he put into creating it. Every single move Adeel demonstrates, you can see how much passion and energy he puts into mastering it. Moral of story, not only does Adeel continue to help me become the best and most capable officer I can be, but he has allowed me to feel comfortable in my own skin and confident in my goals again, which is irreplaceable. Amazing facility. Better coach. Friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended.
Training with Adam has been a game changer. He blends techniques from boxing, jiu-jitsu and other disciplines in ways that constantly surprise you and elevate your skills. Every class feels intentional- well planned, organized and designed to make you better than you were the day before. Adam isn’t just a coach; he’s a true technician and teacher who brings out the best in his students.
I went in first time. I found the energy very good. Showed me a few moves not just one or two. Also got to experience with someone. I ended up deciding that this place would be be a great spot for me. I highly recommend it
Adeel Is a great coach he actually cares about his students and wants you to learn but definitely recommend safe place for beginners and experienced fighters 10 out of 10
I enjoy training with Adeel. I like that classes are small and so I have been able to learn much more than I otherwise would have at other gyms. He is also very accommodating and has gone above and beyond for me in regards to training in many ways. To have access to someone like him who has as much passion for the sport is a HUGE benefit for training. Highly recommend!
