I signed up for a 75 minute facilitated stretching session with Christina from MVP. I am 55 and don’t stretch often. So I wondered how it would go? The session was amazing Christina is great at what she does!! I left there feeling great not only physically but mentally as well. I highly recommend to anyone who works out often or just needs to stretch more. I know I will be making it a regular part of my self care! Thank you Christina!!!
Christina has been my trainer for over a year. I am at my best when I am working out with her guidance. While she is empathetic and one of the kindest people you will meet, she continues to challenge, motivate, and empower me to my full capacity! I now feel more confident when I work out alone for additional time at the gym! I recently had a stretch session and it was wonderful! Christina has an incredible intuition that aligns well with her experience in the health and fitness industry. I left the session feeling at ease and had physical improvement immediately following!
I had an incredible facilitated stretch session with Christina at MVP Fitness Collective! She’s extremely knowledgeable and made the entire experience feel amazing. I’ve tried many deep tissue massages over the years, but this helped with muscle release better than any of them. I left feeling lighter, looser, and totally refreshed. Highly recommend booking a session with Christina if you want real results and expert care!
Christina has been my personal trainer for just over a year! She is an absolutely amazing trainer. She brings such a wealth of knowledge and experience. Christina made me feel extremely comfortable, as I was very nervous to start this journey. Christina always goes above and beyond to accommodate my needs. She even did research in her own time on my medical condition so she could assist me to achieve my full potential. I would highly recommend her as a trainer 💗
Christina’s stretch therapy session was 10/10. She’s amazing at what she does and makes the experience both relaxing and effective. I left feeling looser, more mobile, and completely refreshed. Highly recommend!
