They are doing Pop up now (see website for information) They're still in business Over 30, start having knee pain but want to maintain the body. Try @studiobyeg They offer many different types of classes But the one I went to is called #SOARBounce Looks easy but actually takes a lot more core muscles than you thought would be. My calves feel burning after 10 mins, but the instructor keeps motivating you, that's the good side of group exercise Grippy socks are required but if you don't have them. Instructors can lend you one. Or just go barefoot. If you search on google map, it said the business closed down, actually, they're doing pop-up everywhere in the city. I think that makes the most sense for a small local business 📍@aradiayeg
Love the environment of Studio B! both locations are super clean and feel like very welcoming places to workout in! all the instructors are super sweet and so encouraging throughout your first classes and as you keep coming, the relationships you built with the barretenders makes coming to class something I always look forward to! I have personally found barre a fantastic way to stay active and also a way to challenge myself physically and mentally. I always feel so rewarded after classes and always look forward to coming back for my next class! :)
I love the instructors and the studio is absolutely beautiful. Take a class with Megan, you will not be disappointed! She is amazing, and offers modifications for poses. i wish the classes were a little less expensive, or if they had some karma classes. But truly happy with the class times and types. They offer a great variety of classes. If you haven't checked them out the intro pass is a great opportunity to do so!
Hands down the best workout ever. The instructors are so friendly and welcoming and so professional. They are always bringing something new to class to make all your experiences amazing. The music is uplifting and energetic, and the building is absolutely beautiful. Also, the instructors are right in there with you the whole time. Pushing you to do that one more rep! This is a class that everyone should try!
I’ve been going to Studio B for almost three years, and it’s easily become my favourite place to work out (I even gave up my gym membership and personal trainer!). The classes are always different (some get my heart rate up while others challenge my balance and coordination), the instructors are friendly and approachable and... something that's very relevant for me... you don’t have to have to be dancer to feel comfortable at the barre.
